Sep 12, 2022 – Nana Asafohene Kufo II, the Chef and co-owner of One Africa Health and Wellness in Elmina, Ghana. Listen to what he has to say in his own words. We are not asking you to agree or disagree with his phenomenal words of wisdom, we only ask that you listen so you can add to your knowledge base and understanding of the African ancestral heritage. During my interview with Bro. Kufo, Brother Kobena (Alex) Afful, the author of “A Cry & The Lamentations from the Ancestors” arrived and he was invited by Bro. Kufo to join us in the discussion. His book was released one weeks ago. There are no coincidences. Bro Kobena was divinely chosen to join us today in this conversation to share his ancestral story.
